Image
This is not new idea to converting school bus to motorhome. However, it maybe a good solution for housing issues in Hawaii. I can't believe that the price for living here is so high. Too survive in Hawaii, low income people need to have two jobs afford. One job will pay for renting and another one is for expenses. Why motorhome? Motorhome is not for a long-term living but it can be temporary for low income people to save money for better future. House can move around the island that can use for tourism also.

The heart of the building is living room, parlor where gathers all the members in the family. Parlor is the focus point of the house like an apse of the basilica church. In other words, the parlor is a pistil of the flower and other rooms are petals. However, when we look closer to the floor plan, it is a complex system. We can see the utilitas that how Jefferson uses his private spaces which are library, greenhouse, south square room, and Jefferson’s cabinet. They all support his bedroom. Architecture and Life

The reason I choose this topic because I am majoring in Architecture. I love skyscrapers because they look like the landmarks for the whole city. However, Architecture is not only about technologies to reach the sky like high rise towers, but it is also about the living space that people can utilize and interact with the building. Each week, I will post a preview of Architect magazines.
